Noodle Soup

If this is your first time to try pho or if you simply prefer a tender lean cut beef (steak) or (brisket), this is the right chocie. The (steak) will be slightly cooked by the boiling broth to the perfect "medium" by the time the order arrived. Adding new tast to your order, try pho with some fatty flank or tendon, fatty flank has a thin layer of fat like bacon, which makes them tastier then you can imagine. You wil love every bit of it.
